Change is painful,
uncertain,
and request extra work.

Change involves confusion,
fear,
anger,
frustration,
and sadness


-not exactly the kind of emotions one enjoys experiencing day after day...


Change also brings new opportunities.


I think of change as a barrier to over come
rather than a pit to wade through...
